Make Money with CashCrate and Pass It On

by Broke Grad on December 20, 2007

A couple weeks ago I shared an easy way to make $24, but I recently realized that I forgot to mention something. There’s a simple way to make more money. The best part is that it requires practically no additional effort on your part. How do you do it? Just pass it on.

Thanks to CashCrate’s great referral program, you can turn the $24 into $32 with one easy step — tell a friend or family member.

Let’s see what happens if you simply get one friend to sign up with your referral link and complete the three offers I mentioned:

  • $15 – Yahoo Success Center ($1.95 S&H)
  • $5 – eFax
  • $6 – Go Free Credit

After completing these three offers, your friend will have a $26 earnings balance. Thanks to CashCrate’s referral program, you get 20% of your referrals’ earnings (20% of $26 = $5.20). On top of that, you also receive a $3.00 bonus for each referral who meets the $10 minimum payout.

$5.20 + $3.00 bonus = $8.20

You’ll get an extra $8.20 for each person you refer. It’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist to do the rest of the math.

$26 + $8.20 = $34.20 – $1.95 S&H = $32.25

As you can see, a referral is a simple way to boost your earnings from $24 to $32 with almost no extra effort. You just have to share CashCrate with a friend. Let’s see how quickly these referrals can add up:

2 referrals – $40.45
3 referrals – $48.65
4 referrals – $56.85
5 referrals – $65.05
6 referrals – $73.25

Not bad for less than an hour of your time, right? So get started now!

  • Follow the tips in my post explaining how to make $24 with CashCrate.
  • Follow the advice in this post and refer your friends.
  • Get a check in the mail like the one below I received last week!

This is a great blog! I know you love CashCrate but you should also give GypsyJackpot a try. That’s another GPT site.

I have been doing cash crate alot lately and there is a way to make 50$ in 10 minutes!! What you do is…

Go to the list of offers and in the description click on all of the ones that say participate in survey then close it…. click on submit survey and there you go.

I have been reading this blog and cant for the world understand what this is all about.
What is an offer? An offer for what? How does one accept an offer and complete it. Is it a matter of filling something out and getting paid for it?

Some how this really sounds screwy. Can somebody explain?

dude…. if you blacked out your name, you should probably do the same with your street address!!!!

JAS: Offers are usually trial offers for products or services, such as Netflix. You sign up for the offer, cancel it before the free trial ends, and you’ll get paid for it through CashCrate. The screwy part is when people forget to cancel the offers or don’t read the terms beforehand and get charged for something. That’s why I put together a guide on with my personal experiences on completing and canceling offers to help you out.

jak: Either my name is written really big under that black box, or you’ve mistaken one of those other addresses as my personal address.

there’s this site called realsparechange.com that gathers all the good GPT sites and lists them. i think they are just starting up

Hey, thanks for the tips. Kevin, I have checked out http://www.realsparechange.com as well and it seems like a nice little resource. They only have 3 items right now so I guess we’ll have to see what they post from here on out. Site looks pretty cool though-they have a blog.

I am a bit worry about these kind of sites. Could they use our information for something else? I mean identity thief will cost ten times more than a few hundreds dollars per months. I am a bit skeptical toward these sites.

I want to do the Yahoo Success but am worried about them trying to charge me more then they say or keeping my Card information and using it illegitimately are you positive that this works without a doubt? Have they charged your card any extra at all?

Seems somewhat tedious. I write for Demand Studios, with a pen name, and make around $15 an hour. I make about $300 a week on average.

13 Frances October 21, 2009 at 10:39 am

Susan,

What type of writing do you do for Demand Studios? What kind of experience is required?

Thanks

I recently became a member of CashCrate and I noticed several of the offerings require you to fill out personal information such as your house address. Consequently, I would like to know are the adresses requested so the partnering sites can mail us items as well?
