I’m not sure about where you live, but it’s been burning up here in California this week. I’ve been struggling to keep cool while sitting next to my heat-generating computer as I blog. Fortunately, it looks like it’ll be cooling down over the weekend, so I won’t be dripping sweat over my keyboard anymore. Despite the heat, I’ve managed to roundup some great articles all written by college students, recent grads, or 20-somethings going through the whole quarterlife thing.
- On Loaning Friends Money (or I’d rather give) at This Writer’s Wallet
- Can College Students Handle Credit? at Poorer Than You
- Beauty on a Budget – Some of My Favorite Beauty Secrets at Broke-Ass Student
- Anticipate Your Needs in Your Budget at Green Panda Treehouse
- Rent comparisons at MFA or Bust
- Roommate = great! at Well-Heeled, with a mission
I also participated in a couple of carnivals this week, so be sure to check them out for tons of great articles on frugality and money hacks.
- Festival of Frugality: Bare Necessities Edition by Squawkfox
- Money Hacks Carnival #19 at the Money Hackers Network
