I do believe that a property foreclosures can have a important effect on the client's life. House foreclosures can have a 6 to 10 years negative effects on a applicant's credit report. The borrower that has applied for a mortgage or just about any loans for that matter, knows that a worse credit rating is usually, the more tricky it is for any decent loan. In addition, it can affect a new borrower's capability to find a decent place to lease or hire, if that results in being the alternative property solution. Thanks for your blog post.

I would consider buying I-bonds over CD's at least right now. I-bonds adjust to inflation.

I mainly buy songs from iTunes and the Amazon mp3 download site. Mostly individual songs, though occasionally I buy an entire album. I still burn them into a blank CD just in case I lose my iTunes library due to a computer crash or something. So even though I just buy mp3s, if I were to move I'd still have to lug around my very large CD collection!
